Our stay at the hotel started off with excitement due to the waterpark, which our kids loved. However, the overall condition of the hotel left a lot to be desired. The cleanliness was subpar, especially in the common areas, and the service we received during our stay was disappointing, making it hard to enjoy the experience fully. While the waterpark was a highlight, the state of the hotel made it hard to recommend for future visits.
